Parenting Programs – Triple P
We understand that parenting can be challenging, and every parent wants to support their children and tweens in the best way possible. The Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) removes the guesswork by providing evidence-based strategies and skills developed by clinical psychologists and researchers.
Our seminars and workshops equip parents to empower their children and build resilience, fostering confident, positive family dynamics.
We deliver programs to parent groups, schools, and parenting organisations.
Triple P – Positive Parenting Seminars (children ages 6-14)
Our seminars address common parenting challenges and provide practical strategies parents can use at home. Using evidence-based positive parenting principles, parents learn how to encourage children to develop the skills and competencies needed for their health, development, and well-being.
Research shows that parents and carers who attend experience reduced parenting stress and improved family communication.
We offer three 90-minute seminars:
Seminar 1: The Power of Positive Parenting – Introduces five key principles of positive parenting.
Seminar 2: Raising Confident, Competent Children – Covers six core building blocks to help children succeed at school and beyond.
Seminar 3: Raising Resilient Children – Adds six additional core building blocks to support children in managing emotions and coping skills.
To cater for busy parents, we also offer a 1-day workshop that combines all three seminars.
Triple P Fear-Less Anxiety Management Intensive Workshop (children ages 6-14)
1-Day Intensive Workshop – Supporting Children & Tweens with Anxiety
This workshop introduces parents and caregivers to easy-to-use anxiety-management strategies that help children and teens feel calmer and more empowered. Participants will learn how anxiety works, how to support their child in developing coping skills, facing feared situations, and managing anxious behaviours effectively.
Designed for busy parents, this small group workshop provides a safe space to learn, discuss, and practise practical skills that you can use and teach your child immediately.
